Dear Mr. Chancey,

On Thursday March 4, 2010 in the evening our downstairs sewer backed up it was quite a mess. Bill Smith Plumbing came early Friday morning to unplug the lines. The recommended All Dry to do the clean up. The crew were here within an hour of our call. Not only were they prompt, but also very professional in explaining how to clean up the disaster.
Unfortunately, I don't have the names of all of the men, but the project manager is Tye Gillan This morning they were back to check if all was dry enough to put things back - tomorrow we will regain some degree of sanity.

In todays environment, one does run into a great deal of slip-shop work - as my husband stated its wonderful to have service ornated company.
Please check on six or seven men who have been to our home and give them a great pat on the back and note in their personnel files. It is well deserved

Dear Mr. Chancey,

This is a special letter to inform you about the excellent work completed by Pete (carpet cleaner).
After the flood in my house, Pete cleaned the carpets like I have never seen! They look absolutely gorgeous! He did not rush through the job - He even cleaned under the beds!
Also, he gave me some hints on how to prevent a future flood! The best part was that he actually he went outside and disconnected the hoses from the spigots. He also gave me some advice on buying some outer sleeves for the spigots to prevent freezing and hence flooding.

My husband and I wanted to send a note to let you know how great your team is. We had a sewer back up in our basement about a month ago and your company was called out to clean up the mess.
