"I recently had a grease fire in my kitchen which caused a great deal of smoke damage to my home. My insurer asked that I call a major National carpet cleaning chain, with locations in Denver, and as it turned out this company was unwilling to work on the silhouettes I have in my living and dining room. The insurance company adjuster then had a second company come out to look at them. They too, were unwilling to take a chance on cleaning the silhouettes, but suggested I try Greg Chancey at AllDry, Service Management, Inc.
Greg was able to do a very nice job of hand cleaning my silhouettes. My insurer was willing to replace the silhouettes if I'd wanted them replaced of if I was unsatisfied with the results of the cleaning, but because of Greg, this was not necessary.
