The information below could save you thousands of dollars and keep you informed to new changes in the water damage and restoration industry.

We at AllDry know the rigors of having to chase fact and fiction of mildew, water treatment and dehumidification. One of the key ways we can prevent  problems from developing is to monitor and measure the amount of moisture throughout the structure, including humidity levels, and possible sources of development. Please understand, "Dry to the touch" is no the proper method in determining moisture content. Please call us, or send feedback, for a video demonstration or with additional query or concern.

 DOCUMENTATION:

Proper documentation ensures a company's integrity and desire to perform all proper procedures necessary to complete a project. AllDry enhances the fact that documentation is readily available and accurate for the consumer and insurance company, as needed. Dates pertaining to monitoring and measurement are imperative to both our needs and yours.

 COMMUNICATION:

An open line of communication must always exist between agent, adjuster, homeowner, and project manager so that, all of these persons will consist as a team. If the homeowner doesn't call, the agent won't be able to help, therefore the adjustor can't assess damage. We know it's important to learn all of your information from each of these areas of expertise. If desired, call sheets are provided for everyone's communication needs.

 PROMPTNESS:

To save your insured home, "When in doubt, check it out" is our AllDry motto. A 3:00 A.M. trouble call is standard in our business. When your call comes in, our troops move out. We will come to your home or place of business to assess damage and properly measure moisture levels. Remember, "To wait, is too wet." Mold spores grow continuously, so please be prompt in organizing a quick call for our arrival. AllDry is here to help you.

   Sincerely,
